What is the delivery charge?

  • Inside Dhaka: 80 Taka
  • Outside Dhaka: 130 Taka

Is advance payment required?

Yes, payment is required after order confirmation before we process and ship your item.

Can I return or exchange a product?

TeckzyBD only accepts returns or exchanges for defective products. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us we will replace the product immediately. 

 

Can I return a product if I don't like the color or design?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns based on personal preference. We recommend confirming the model, color, and design before placing your order.
